Cordovan in brief

Cordovan is a communication and consultancy firm. A wide variety of specialists work together under the same roof – from award-winning creatives, PR experts and web strategists through to psychologists, business developers and leadership consultants. We all have one thing in common: we believe that new ideas are born when different competences meet. And we believe that this meeting is where we can create real business benefits for our clients.

Our clients range from large global corporations to small, local businesses and start-ups. Clients who dare challenge established truths to make the right things happen (sometimes we call ourselves a “change agency” because almost everything we do aims at change).

We have about 75 people on staff. Our head office is in Göteborg. We have staff or offices in Malmö, Copenhagen, Stockholm and London. We have great plans for the future.

1. Cordovan Performance. Experienced consultants who help you implement strategic changes and make the right things happen in your organisation. To make sure we deliver lasting results, we work with three methodologies in parallel:

Training in e.g. project management, leadership, marketing and sales.

Experience exchange in networks where you, for instance as a CEO, HR Manager or Information Director, can discuss a current challenge with other CEOs, HR Managers and Information Directors.

Tailored implementation programmes aiming at more efficient cooperation among your staff and improved capability to deliver on your strategies and brand promise. Typical initiatives include Brand Engagement and Employer Branding Programmes.

2. Cordovan Communication. A modern, integrated agency that creates channel-independent communication that drives sales and builds lasting relationships to your brand. Operations are run in four competence teams:

Interactive: spearhead competence in web, digital signage, 3D, mobile applications. A knowledge area that is steadily growing increasingly important to us and to our clients.

Creative: experienced creatives who think and work completely channel-independently to generate communications that help our clients reach their business objectives.

Production: systems and knowledge that help us ensure quality and reduce lead-times.

Social media/PR: media strategies, expertise in PR and social media.
