For the second consecutive year, Cordovan Communication wins the prestigious competition Agency of the Year. The challenge is arranged by research and analysis company Regi, who makes an annual survey of customer satisfaction among Sweden’s biggest communication buyers.
“We are incredibly happy and proud of the win. For us, Agency of the Year is one of the finest distinctions an ad agency can get, because the competition is based on the customers’ judgement. So, we’d like to say a big thank you to all our customers who have literally made us one of Sweden’s best agencies,” say Mikael Stenberg, CEO Cordovan Communication.
The competition Agency of the Year is arranged annually by research company Regi, who makes an impartial survey of the quality of the Swedish advertising industry.
The survey is the largest of its kind, annually collecting thousands of responses from Sweden’s biggest buyers of communication services with the purpose to explore customer relations in a variety of areas. For instance, respondents answer questions about why the agency was once selected, its market position, and the agency’s performance.
In total, 124 agencies qualified for the finals of Agency of the Year 2021 and at a digital prize ceremony on 11 March, 15 agencies received awards in different categories. One of these was Cordovan Communication from Gothenburg, who won the Agencies 15–25 MSEK category for the second year in a row.
“It feels great to hold on to the Agency of the Year title in our category. For us, this is the most important competition of the year – an acknowledgement that we deliver value to our customers. I want to say a big thank you both to them and to all my colleagues. Looking forward to meeting all customers and colleagues again after a very different year,” says Mikael Stenberg.
